Serves: 3 cups
Ingredients
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. water
  • 6 lemons, juiced
Instructions
  1. Boil sugar, water and zest of 2 lemons for 5 minutes.
  2. Cool and add juice from 6 lemons; whisk to blend.
  3. Add 3 tablespoons of syrup (or more to taste) to a glass with about 1 cup of ice.
  4. Add approximately 1 cup of cold water or sparking water.
  5. Adjust flavor if desired.
  6. Refrigerate unused syrup in sealed container.
