Lemonade Syrup

Serves: 3 cups
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. water
- 6 lemons, juiced
- Boil sugar, water and zest of 2 lemons for 5 minutes.
- Cool and add juice from 6 lemons; whisk to blend.
- Add 3 tablespoons of syrup (or more to taste) to a glass with about 1 cup of ice.
- Add approximately 1 cup of cold water or sparking water.
- Adjust flavor if desired.
- Refrigerate unused syrup in sealed container.
