Cuisine: Eastern Shore
Serves: 4 servings of 8
- 4 russet potatoes
- ¼ c. olive oil
- 1 T. Old Bay seasoning

- Scrub and dry potatoes.
- Slice each potato in half. Then slice each half into fourths.
- Whisk Old Bay into olive oil in a large bowl.
- Combine fries into Old Bay oil mixture until well coated.
- Place fries so they don't touch on a jelly roll -sized pan lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle more Old Bay over fries if you wish...(I always wish for more.)
- Bake approximately 20 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven. With a set of tongs, flip over fries and sprinkle on more Old Bay.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove and serve. Enjoy!
