Serves: 4 servings of 8
Ingredients
  • 4 russet potatoes
  • ¼ c. olive oil
  • 1 T. Old Bay seasoning
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. (I used convection setting.)
  2. Scrub and dry potatoes.
  3. Slice each potato in half. Then slice each half into fourths.
  4. Whisk Old Bay into olive oil in a large bowl.
  5. Combine fries into Old Bay oil mixture until well coated.
  6. Place fries so they don't touch on a jelly roll -sized pan lined with parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle more Old Bay over fries if you wish...(I always wish for more.)
  8. Bake approximately 20 minutes.
  9. Remove pan from oven. With a set of tongs, flip over fries and sprinkle on more Old Bay.
  10. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
  11. Remove and serve. Enjoy!
