Puffy Pigs

- 1-14 oz. pkg. Hillshire Farms Lit'l Smokies (about 40) or larger pkg. if you need to make a large quantity
- 1- 17.3 oz. pkg. Puff Pastry Sheets (2-15' x10")- enough for 54 piggies
- Dijon Mustard
- 1 egg
- 1 T. water
- Place one sheet of thawed Puff Pastry onto a floured surface.
- Cut vertically into thirds, using the folds as your guide. This will give you 3-3" wide sections.
- Cut across horizontally at 1" intervals.
- Spread Dijon mustard over the center of each strip of dough.
- Roll a little "piggy" in it's blanket.
- Once your finished, place them on parchment paper. Score them 2-3 times and brush with egg wash.
- These can be baked or frozen to use at a later date.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes until lightly golden in color.
