Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta

Listed below are ingredients I used, The amount you make may vary according to what you have available. I did not measure anything. I used all but one of the tomatoes show in the first picture to make the quantity shown. Garlic amounts may vary according to your preferences. Make it your own!

Ingredients
  • 3-4 lager heirloom tomatoes, I added some smaller ones I grew too.)
  • Basil
  • Thyme
  • Oregano
  • Garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  • Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Dice tomatoes.
  2. Tear basil to place in tomatoes. You could chiffonade them, if you prefer.
  3. Strip leaves off of thyme and oregano.
  4. Mince garlic cloves. I think I used about one per tomato.
  5. Shake a little pepper on top.
  6. Toss gently to distribute herbs within tomatoes.
  7. Drizzle on a liberal amount of olive oil and toss again.
  8. Allow to sit for about 30 minutes before serving,
  9. Add sea salt just before serving.
  10. Toss once more and devour with passion!
